As for the tag bundles, I've never had a problem. All you have to do under the settings is choose the bundle you want to work with, and click the tag you want to bundle/unbundle. Unless I'm not understanding your issue. Or, maybe you have so many tags it's hard to find what you were wanting to add? So, you want to be looking at a bookmark, and maybe right click a tag and add to a bundle? --- What I want is shown in the attached drag-drop-bundling.png If such a feature is already there, just send me the link of the help.
