I suspect it might be worthwhile to have checkbox to the left of your
bookmarks. Perhaps even with a sticky state, to which bulk operations
could be applied.
However, would you want to see the checkbox all the time? I suppose
there could be a "turn on bulk operations" frob at the bottom... I do
hate modal UIs though

re: my point above, right now doing this would involve moving
the drop
down menu about and hitting "delete" 50+ times! even if I just
wanted
to change "shortcut:" to something like "steven:" as a temporary
measure.
If the changes to come involve some kind of tag
bundling/checkbox
options to make this quicker (50 clicks + 1 delete, no menus)
that
would be welcome.
