blue hue YDL 4.0

I've got YDL 4.0 installed on a G4-400mhz, 528 RAM, dual boot w/OSX/Classic, 16MB AGP ATI 128 Rage Video. Images in Firefox and under T'Bird have a blue hue in faces and color in general seems washed out. I ran into a similar problem during install, but the Control F2 / Control F7 toggle worked to get me through install with good color. If the problem lies in the ATI Rage 128 card, what replacement AGP card would be a good economical replacement, maybe one with a TV tuner built in?

I haven't seen this problem under other apps that I've tried out...just Firefox and T'bird! Anyone with similar experience...solutions?
