Hello Steve:
I have a G3 B&W 450 with a "GMAC(SUN GEM) Manufacturer:Apple Computer,
Driver: sungem, Device: /dev/eth0"  according to the Hardware Browser. 
I am using it to send this e-mail - I installed YDL4.0 straight out of
the box and eth0 just came up all on its own.  I wonder if the driver
failed to install on your system?

(Just so Terrasoft knows that not all G3s have a problem.)
