The code you posted should be in separate files and named for Livna Stable, something like: livna_stable.repo For Fedora Extras: fedora_extras.repo Each file points to just one url. Once the above is out of the way, yum should work fine and you'll have another benefit. The add/remove software application within YDL 5 known as pirut can be used to search for gambas for you (as it uses yum as a search tool also). Just start it up and after you've entered your root or system admin password then press the very large Search icon, and enter gambas into the field. Then click upon Search on the Right side of the field. To have whatever is listed installed click upon the box such that a little check appears. After all the selections which interest you are made then click upon Apply, and you should be good to go from there.
