Each separate file contains or holds the instructions yum will refer to in accessing that url. Jumping ahead to your interest that means that there's some reorganizing to do. On my system I've name the file pointing to Fedora Extras:
fedora_extras.repo Likewise Livna stable should be something like: livna_stable.repo or whatever you please as long as you have the file name ending with .repo. No period following the last o, of course. Just use the same code you have but now they wise reside instead within either fedora_extras.repo or livna_stable.repo. I choose to distinguish between using the - and _ so that I have a visual cue reminding me of what's mine and what was originally written by TSS. Once that is done, you should have less difficulty.
