But if i could get windows 95 or 98 running in qemu session i could probably use a windows browser with shockwave flash right?

Explanation: QEMU uses hard drive space and RAM as well as what power is
available via the processor to create the illusion for an operating
system (here xp) that it is running inside of an Intel based machine. I
have heard that even persons running QEMU on G5's to run emulations of
xp and other operating systems find it too slow.
I really doubt that your idea will work.
