Thanks.  I burned the iso file (on a different DVD) and it worked!!

Try burning the iso file again, try a different disc, try a different
type of disc, if all else fails, try downloading a fresh copy of the iso
file.

That is precisely what you should see on the DVD, a complete file
structure.  The iso file is just a convenient way to handle the entire
DVD file structure as a single file so that you only have one thing to
download.  An iso file is just all the bits on the DVD stored into one
file.  If all you see on the DVD is just the iso file, then it wont
work.
