I've said "as badly as" because even the Vim manual says that's a Vi oddity.
I've kept this emulation because it was not so hard (done via just a special
case with an higher priority), and "seemed" to be important to the reporter
of issue #100 (netprobe). Moreover adding one more letter to disambiguate
seems good (ciw: change inner word, caw: change a word).

About IdealVi one will see if such issues pop-in again, but for now it would
add an unneeded extra work.
