Here's an Automator workflow that should do the trick.

http://automatorworld.com/archives/convert-images-to-pdf/

Unzip the workflow, then drag and drop your images to the workflow's
icon. Converted PDFs will be put into the same folder as the original
images. This workflow produces a single PDF for each image. So if
you have multi-page documents to convert, you'll need to combine this
with something like Combine PDFs:

Or use Automator per this tip:

Is there somewhere an app, applet, script or smart folder mechanism that will
read in a PNG file, create a new PDF, place the PNG into the PDF, and write it
out? Preferably able to do this in batch mode? I have a lot of data saved as
PNG files, many residing in DEVONthink -- and more PNGs just waiting for me --
and it would be great to find a quick'n'easy way to get them into Yojimbo.

There may be an image quality issue here worth consideration. As a test, I opened a PNG
in Apple Preview and "printed" it to a PDF. The resulting PDF was not as clear
as the original PNG -- but was usable, and of course it was acceptable to Yojimbo. A
knowledgeable friend suggested that the print-to-PDF mechanism may involve creation of a
JPG as an interim step.

Thanks for any ideas...
