To answer my own question, I found --
1. Click Library;
2. Option a;
2. Export.
-- and I can backup all my data. Of course, collections,
relationships, and tags will be lost, but at least I can easily back
up my data.
But, an "export the entire database" would be a nice feature to add to Yojimbo.
