Yes, I reported it a couple of weeks ago, and have had a couple of
email messages back and forth with support. Unfortunately, there's no
system errors logged when it happens.

I have that problem too. Do you know if it's been reported? Double-
clicking the link will display the pdf file in a seperate window.
