I didn't think graduation was about state of the technology, but
instead about how well the community is following the Apache Way.

I think we are almost ready to graduate. Personally, i think we

wait a little bit to get the corba binding & tools in order.
Tasks that i see that needs to be done:
- Tools (idltowsdl & wsdltoidl) need to have the some options
implemented.
- Corba references & corba system exceptions support in the binding.
- Documentation on the ORB configuration.
