General summary:

* Yoper switches release policy to 'release early and release often'
* we set more small steps between releases but clearly state what's
working and what is not
* watch out for issues after upgrading software and report (symptoms,
errors and ways to get them fixed)
* make up your mind about a different release handling procedure
(means transfering the release handling description into the wiki)
* The bugtracker is the primary tool to maintain packages, take care
of issues and organize the Yoper team please point users toward it and
also integrate it into your personal style of handling yoper things

* forward complaints about www.yoper.com availability to the admin
* more info and more propagating of using smart, this seems to be
still a mysterious tool to the Yoperators
* monitore apt-rpm and it's development
* prepare yum to get used, too

* do some research on groupware-like addons available for mantis, once
finished, summary mail to the dev-list

Graphic Team

* providing better default font configuration

Fabian and YIS Team

* cooperate for getting a proper GUI and graphics for the upcoming yis
version (usability , logic, user guidance )

Milestones for the next release:

        - get all packages rebuilt on the new server and upgraded to the
latest stable version available without doing major version changes.
        - write etcnet configuration dialog
        - proper localization configuration
        - add out-of-the box configuration to the available desktops
        - have at least one leightweight desktop in the repositories ( e17, 
xfce)
        - out-of-the-box setup & configuration for external devices (webcam ,
digikam , usb-hdd)
        - wrapper rpms for nvidia and ati drivers
        - kat, ekiga
        - better bootloader handling
