Are there more specific details available? Like:
- Do we have to provide one machine and they put it in a rack for us ?
- Do they provide a virtual server ?
- What is the traffic they want to spend ?

These are important questions to use this ressource properly and as intended.

I havent asked regarding these, but i am ready to ask him once we have the next release whether he can be one of our mirror and the other details what you have mentioned.

So we definitely should meet in IRC, to get us organized a bit better.

Yes.

I'd also like to stick to the 2 weeks schedule, but the main thing is
still sitting just in front of the screen and get the work done ;) .

I think , 2 weeks once should make us not tired :), however, Tobias, if it needs to be scheduled at any other time, am ok with it. My only aim is that there is should be meetings to discuss on the progress and how the project team has progressed.

I also thought about applying a more rigid but minimum set of rules
for us. There should be certain known procedures and also should we
just communicate more. And I definitely think we should organize some
regular video conference. This makes talking easier, I just don't know
whether the infrastructure allows such things everywhere. Chaks ?

cheers and keep up the very good work

For Vide Conference, i think we cannot use the normal messengers as WebCam is not supported.Am not sure how we can do Video Conference. But, i do think if we have static IPs we can have vide conference with tools like ekigo (gnome-meeting).

Mark, any idea on this?, i think you have used WebCams more than others, in Linux :)
