Very quick To Do list added to the wiki -

I will try to add some things to it as I can over the next few days. Probably
a good idea to look through the bugtracker for things which can be sorted
easily and add those to the list as well as stuff from the forum.
Feel free to change/add/create a new list as needed ;) I just threw that up
quickly as a starting point!
Thanks for this one. I definitely need somebody taking care of quality
control and controlling my work meeting the needs of users.
