Its not easy but at the same time its difficult to cope up with the interest rates that banks are giving. If it is America, they are having no problem, but if NewZeland, they tell that they havent seen anybody going and thus no success rates!...grrrr....this is real stupidity!

Good to hear, my next and most importent goal is to have the CLI
