Evolution is with gnome package and unless we make the gnome-libs and gtk,
evolution might have some problems.

And the choice of mail clients is not with regard to which IM , its with the
Features and compatibility :). Taken that, I think Evolution is the one we
have to go for.Just my thoughts from what I have used :)
