Hi,

the main nvidia kernel pkg is presumably fixed. I'd love to get some
feedback from testers. The only proper way is to have completely
removed any existing nvidia binary drivers and have a common X config
using the nv driver.

Then a simple

1) service kdmctrl stop
2) smart install nvidia
3) nvidia-xconfig
4) service kdmctrl start

Should install the latest nvidia driver.

There is no autoconfiguration of X for nvidia yet. I'd like to talk
this through with some long term nvidia users to avoid pitfalls. I
only recently purchased nvidia and used the installer until now. So
input is wanted, especially from those using other distributions &
nvidia.
