Well, I've made a start on this. The bit that was causing me the most concern looks like it pretty much done (although there are a few bits missing).
It is called from main.cpp (currently commented out at line 459) It creates a list from argp in a form that is almost identical to what Config.cpp sees, so should be relatively easy to convert. Query and usage we should probably respond to directly as nothing in Yoshimi uses them. I'm not yet confident about what we do with the jack session stuff.
