This now has an auto apply feature fairly well implemented. However it will crash on extreme wavetable sizes (I don't know why yet).
By default is it disabled, and can only be set by editing the main yoshimi.config file. Also, it doesn't currently mark the GUI as having been done, but if queried from the CLI you get the right answer. There are other details the need to be dealt with.
