Generally speaking, with "padthread" I have also changed a lot regarding memory management, which makes extracting other features a bit tricky. However, I just tried, and in this case it turned out quite doable. Basically it was sufficient to revert the usage of the new FFTW buffer holders to plain float* Sent you a pull request....
