And it works !!!

I need to do a bit more testing, but in the next commit there will be two new
XML functions:

void addparcombi(const std::string& name, float val);

float getparcombi(const std::string& name, float defaultpar, float min, float
max);

These two are able to handle incoming integers/chars or floats, and create
combined integers and floats that can be read by older Yoshimi versions of
getpar and getpar127 etc.
