I'll definitely be rolling out rc4 on Monday :(
One of our testers has seen that the virtual keyboard doesn't have a floating
tooltip showing the velocity value.
Some time ago I removed the number field alongside the slider so the slider
could be longer and easier to use. I *thought* I'd added the tooltip, but
either I forgot, or it's since disappeared. It will be back!
I've also decided to restore the appdata file. I don't know when the spec
changed but it's quite possible some older distros won't have the all-singing
all-dancing XDG spec (which seems to be a moving target).
