I just pushed this out.
Microtonal is almost all correct now, but there are a couple of corner cases
I'm not sure about (and I don't want to keep bugging the Scala maintainer).
Everything else is fairly minor cleanups and adjustments. There are a lot of
them!
I've not updated the documentation yet :(
