debian is now including FLTK 1.4.x so I thought I'd see if there are any issues for us and upgraded to it on just one of my machines. It seems there is where a call we use in just one place is now deprecated, with an alternative given.
I tried the alternative and it worked fine. However it doesn't work on fltk 1.3.x I don't think we can expect everyone to rebuild their systems for just Yoshimi so am not sure what we should do.
