I've just noticed that the instrument text colour doesn't change to blue when
it's a yoshimi type. I've found the commit that's caused the regression, but at
the moment can't see what the actual relevant change is :(
Also it was a nightmare finding it, because I had to unpack the change from
fltk 1.4 back to 1.3, otherwise when using git bisect a lot of the commits
simply wouldn't compile!
Anyway the relevant commit is b21de5
