On 2025-10-03, I have pushed my custom package into the
PPA builder, and it was also built for Ubuntu/Questing.
yoshimi - 2.3.5.1-1~1ppa1~questing
At that time, Ubuntu/Questing was still shortly before finalisation.
During that finalisation, several libs tend to be upgraded, which
might have triggered some incompatibility with the older
Yoshimi-package v2.3.4.1 seemingly used for Ubuntu/Questing
The Changelog entry from is 1:1 the same as for Debian:
yoshimi (2.3.4.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

This implies that the Ubuntu folks have just used the last package
update from Johannes, the Debian packager. Ubuntu has less information
online than Debian, so I can't easily figure out when the package was
actually compiled for Ubuntu.
Since the crash is with CLI, there might be a chance to reproduce it
in a Docker container. Otherwise, the reporter just added a crash-dump
file to the ticket, which contains a core dump. But attempting to get
that loaded into a debugger can be tricky (probably need to use a
Docker container with the current ubuntu, install the package and
the debug symbols and gdb and try to get a display of the stacktrace)
