Just to update people.
David had triggered two bugs. These are both now fixed in the current master
and will be pushed out in the next release (which we'll probably bring forward).
A temporary workaround is to go back to quitting and restarting Yoshimi when
adding or removing root paths. That way, root/bank rescans will be made.
If you have an old /home/{user}/.yoshimiXML.cfg it's probably best to either
get rid of it or remove the root entry "./"
No other functions are affected.
