Sorry, just to clarify further: Re point 1 below, - I am able to get dialog box to come up upon double-clicking a recipient, but all fields other than email address are unpopulated. In Outlook when I did this I would see phone numbers, etc.
Re point 2 below, - That's unchanged, the "organization" tab doesn't show up. I do have access to the GAL, for instance I can look up employees by last name from our company directory without any problems using the Entourage Address Book, selecting the Exchange account, and typing into the "Name starts with" field. Any idea what might be the problem here?
