Outlook will open up their contact info from the GAL. The behavior is
different in Entourage.

These are fields in the Exchange GAL that show (if populated) who you work
for and who works for you. It's fully recursive - you can follow the chain
by double clicking each contact.

Again this works fine in Entourage if you're browsing the GAL, but not when
addressing a message.
