Outlook will open up their contact info from the GAL. The behavior is different in Entourage. >> 2. Maybe one of the other > list members can help. Can you describe what a direct report is? These are fields in the Exchange GAL that show (if populated) who you work for and who works for you. It's fully recursive - you can follow the chain by double clicking each contact.
