You won’t get any response from the Crash reporter. It is used by MS
to diagnose issues and eventually correct them in future versions, but
it is in no way for them a mean of communication with customers.
Try pressing the alt key as you launch the application to be offered
the opportunity to repair your Entourage Identity. I suspect it is
corrupted,
