Thanks, also is there a way I can have the advanced find function as an easy-to-get to tab or put is somewhere on my desk top? Also can I have the ³Notes¹¹ section on Advanced Find as a default somehow? I¹m trying to set up a format where I can very quickly search the Notes section of my Contacts where put a lot of the names and phone #s.
