Bill, On step 6 in sync services I checked 'synchronize contacts with address book and .mac and clicked 'OK'. When I did that a box came open that said three things, and, the last option said, " Merge Entourage items with sync services items", not, "Delete information from Macintosh address book, iCal and .Mac."
