Hi there!

I just joined the listserve so I was confused.

I have a big confusing problem and need help as soon as possible.  For
someone that really understands entourage it will be easy...probably.

What is the best way for me to get help quickly.  I am not sure exactly what
I have signed up for, and don't know where to turn.

What would you suggest?  I would really appreciate any help you can give.
