No, I did not do any updates, but you described the problem exactly, issue of password not sticking.
Version of Entourage: 11.3.6 OS: 10.4.11 I am hesitant to run your suggestions though they sound good till I understand the solution suggested is appropriate for these two versions of software I am running. I can log in no problem from web browser. Unfortunately, this is not a sustainable solution for all the good reasons why owning and running Entourage is so neat: having all your data filed and retrievable and woven with other email account-generated correspondence.
