Searching my email database, I can find in the expected folder (by its name)
a collection of messages. The problem is that I cannot find the folder
itself. There are (Google and entourage list) some dated references to
folders that became invisible, but I would start with any trick to locating
folders in the hierarchy, as I may have simply overlooked it and dragged it
somewhere ineptly with a mouse that was flaky (now replaced). I welcome
suggestions.
I am operating at OS 10.4.11 with Entourage 2004 11.4 on G4 TiBook (old,
frail, but still working).
I could likely simply move the ³missing² items that I find from a detailed
(³advanced²) search into a new folder, but that doesn¹t explain what
happened or keep it from happening again.
