I have a user who is constantly (several times a day) getting the "Quit and restart Entourage. If this problem continues you might need to verify and rebuild the Entourage database." Error message.
I have done the verify and the rebuild options in the database check utility when holding down the option key on launch. I have also created a brand new identity and re-downloaded all the mail but the user still gets the error message. When he gets the message he just clicks OK and keeps working. The user is running Entourage 2008 with all updates on OSX 10.5.6 and connecting to MS Exchange (Kerio). I am beginning to suspect a corrupt email message on the server but I have no idea how to figure out which one. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. Kind Regards - C.
