Mail is > sending and receiving fine. Where are the sent emails stored? When mail get moved, it's generally a rule that moves it. Uncheck all rules and uncheck the Mailing List Manager rules as well. When you send does that help? To find where they are going, to a test send with an unusual word so that when you do a search, it will be the only result.
