Well first, they obviously have a certificate problem they need to
fix. They need a new proper server certificate where the IP matches
what's in the certificate.
Then if the server you are connecting to is giving you trouble, you
can try connecting to the front end server (OWA) if you were
connecting to a back-end server and vice versa,
