There is a suggestions menu item that sends feedback to MS. I've used it from time to time, but I can't say for sure it is used. I suspect large number of complaints of type X do get prioritized, but I am not sure feature enhancements are in any way driven by the input.

If you accidentally delete a contact in Entourage, there¹s not even a ³Deleted Contacts² folder. The best you can do is restore the entire address book from a back up copy.
