HI Bob/Elvis,
From discussions I have held with MacBU people at MS, ALL the
suggestions go to the MacBU team and are reviewed. Obviously, commonly
recurring themes get more of a priority than odd-ball one offs (not
counting yours as odd-ball, Elvis!), but even the request fro a chintz
theme look to the UI from Great Aunt Mabel gets reviewed, even if
(thank heaven!) it is not acted upon.
HTH!

There is a suggestions menu item that sends feedback to MS. I've
used it from time to time, but I can't say for sure it is used. I
suspect large number of complaints of type X do get prioritized, but
I am not sure feature enhancements are in any way driven by the input.

Subject: Does Microsoft take suggestions?
Hey Fellow Entouragers,
Is one of you a Microsoft person? Does anyone know if they take
suggestions
on Entourage improvements?
I think of some from time to time.
Like when I accidentally delete an email, it would be great if I
could just
hit Command-Z to undelete it, like I can do in most every other
program on
my Mac, instead of having to go to the Deleted Items folder.
Even more important, it would be great to have an undelete command
for when
I accidentally delete a contact! If you accidentally delete a
contact in
Entourage, there¹s not even a ³Deleted Contacts² folder. The best
you can
do is restore the entire address book from a back up copy.
So, does anyone know if they might take these suggestions, and
whatever
other gems the users discover?
Thanks,
Elvis Cruz
