That is exactly the problem, Corentin! There is an IP mismatch. Outlook on a PC doesn't give a hoot about it. Entourage on the Mac won't let me get in. So I am hoping the new beta, being more "Outlook-like," and using Exchange Web Services, might not be so picky. A long shot, perhaps, but I will try anything now.
(I've not been able to get a copy of the cert to install on my Mac from my IT dept.) -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Corentin Cras-Méneur Sent: Thursday, May 07, 2009 2:41 PM To: YouTalk mailing list for discussion of Microsoft Entourage Subject: Re: Entourage EWS beta On 7 May 2009, at 13:00, Virzi, Robert A wrote: > I tried to sign up for the Entourage EWS Beta, thinking it might > solve my root cert issues. I don't see why it would. What's your problem with root certs?? Usually, you only have troubles with certificates when you haven't imported the proper root cert or if the cert has some sort of mismatch (eg: name/IP, etc) Corentin YouTalk mailing list List address: [email protected] List information: http://entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected] The information contained in this message and any attachment may be proprietary, confidential, and privileged or subject to the work product doctrine and thus protected from disclosure.
