Sorry but I have no desire to sync with a cell phone. All I wanted to do was to populate the OS X Address Book the from my list of names and email addresses in Entourage's Address Book.
I must have a gross misunderstanding of Sync Service and better not mess with it. Some things are best left alone! It still very dumb programming from Microsoft to not offer a cancel option for such a command. Having only an OK has to be violation of some basic user interface specification.
