Thank you so much for doing this. BTW I was the person that was having awful (and painful) Entourage crashes. Did everything you and other suggested and still had issues.
I had to take my laptop to the shop and they replaced the HD (still installing everything fresh) so far all is working well. You were so much help, thank you. There is a slight chance it might be a logic board issue but we are hoping the HD replacement fixed it. This is why I am trying to put into place as many back up options as I can.
