I've never tried to edit the update log. Not sure why Microsoft removed it, but it doesn't look like it's coming back.
We don't allow screenshots at this time, but if enough people wanted this we might reconsider. The problems with this is people sending huge files and not reducing them or sending dozens of screenshots.
