Entourage and Outlook have no direct means of exchanging data with each other. You'll have to use some sort of intermediary. One method is to export .mbox files from Entourage, import those into Outlook Express and then import into Outlook. Have a look at these instructions <http://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=6436#400>. I would suggest that if you have an Exchange Server that you simply copy messages up to your server, connect with Outlook and then download them from the server. If you don't have Exchange then a free IMAP service such as Gmail will work just fine. Go to <http://mail.google.com> and create a free IMAP mail account. Connect Entourage to your account and copy messages up to Gmail. Then connect Outlook to the same account and copy messages down from Gmail. Have a look at these blog posts for connecting Entourage to Gmail.
