it just trashing the MS Office folder in Applications? I just want to be

Use the uninstaller. It will scan your drive in case you have more than one version of Office then it will take care of trashing the Office folder, the supporting add-ons (auto-updater, crash reporter, etc) and all the receipts etc.

Much much cleaner job than simply trashing the Office folder manually.
Look inside the Office folder, in Additional Tools.
