I have a customer that is using Entourage 2004 , MacOS 10.5.7, on a 24² Intel iMac.
Some of her emails, with and without attachments from different senders displays with the wrong character set. The account type is Exchange connected to a Kerio Mail Server, v6.7.0. I have rebuilt the database and completely removed and reinstalled Office 2004 with all updates. The gotcha is the same emails, to a different user in the same company is not having any problems with the emails. Ideas.
