Hello, List -- MBP 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, OS 10.6.1, Entourage 11.4.0
This morning I received two duplicate messages with attachments from a known sender. The messages are each 3.1 MB. One of them opens fine but the other is causing serious problems. Selecting the message or trying to drag or delete it causes the beach ball to spin and the only escape is to force-quit. If I create a new identity and import all mail, it will still include the bad message. Any suggestions as to how to get rid of this one bad message (otherwise, Entourage works perfectly).
